AECOM is seeking a highly motivated Transportation Digital Design Delivery Lead to support the planning, design, and delivery of complex transportation and transit infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will champion the use of digital tools, data management, and model-based design processes (e.g., BIM, GIS, CDEs) to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and quality across multi-disciplinary project teams.
This role is based in any major Canadian office.

As the Digital Design Delivery Lead for the GTA Transportation Business Line you will be a champion for:
Lead the development and implementation of digital design strategies for transportation infrastructure projects.
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure that BIM, CAD, and other digital tools are embedded in project workflows.
Manage and maintain Common Data Environments (CDEs), ensuring consistent standards, version control, and structured data delivery.
Establish and enforce digital standards, templates, and model validation checks aligned with client and industry requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure digital deliverables meet schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
Train, mentor, and upskill design teams in the use of digital delivery platforms and best practices.
Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and recommending process improvements.
Ensuring staff have access to the tools and equipment they need
Driving the implementation of digital information plans and strategies
Working knowledge of ISO 19650 standards suite and related BIM standards
