Coordinate and consolidate feedback from New Hire Check‑in sessions to support continuous improvement in onboarding.
Design and execute of Employee Experience initiatives (New Hire Happy Hour, Leadership Connect, Fireside Chats, Site Visits, etc.)
Support offboarding processes, including scheduling and conducting exit interviews.
Recommend and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and employee experience.
Provide support across performance management activities such as Succession Planning, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Talent Development.
Plan, manage, and execute assigned HR projects under the guidance of the HR team.
Deliver day‑to‑day administrative support and carry out ad‑hoc HR duties as required.
