We’re looking for curious, personable strategic and change thinkers to join our growing AECOM Advisory team. 

Our team brings together the analytical discipline of management consulting with deep, practical infrastructure experience. We work closely with senior decision-makers across the public and private sectors, helping organisations navigate complexity and build resilient, inclusive, future-ready businesses.

Here's what you'll do

You’ll work with public and private sector clients on complex organisational challenges that sit at the heart of their future ambitions. These challenges demand purposeful change and you’ll help shape and deliver it with curiosity, judgement, and confidence. 

You’ll plan, lead, and deliver strategy-led change and transformation initiatives, often in ambiguous environments where the path forward is not yet clear. You’ll take ownership of complex cultural and hierarchical stakeholder relationships, working credibly with senior leaders while staying closely connected to delivery on the ground. Specifically, you will: 

• Shape clients’ change and transformation plans, ensuring alignment with business cases and wider organisational objectives 
• Lead day-to-day, client-facing Advisory work, managing delivery, priorities, and relationships 
• Think strategically, applying critical analysis and insight to complex problems and uncertain contexts 
• Challenge assumptions and options, and present credible, persuasive alternatives that support better decision-making 
• Work as part of collaborative delivery teams across the UK, UAE, and USA 
• Build strong relationships across AECOM, including Programme Management, Economics, and Strategic Procurement, as well as engineering, architecture and master planning. 
• Operate across the full spectrum of consultancy, from advising executive leadership and shaping direction to leading workshops and producing high-quality outputs 
• Build strong relationships with Clients, spending time working on client sites across the UK and UAE, as required 
• Support and develop junior team members, helping build change and transformation capability for the future
