The Program Manager will lead the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs within an integrated delivery partner model (or similar), working collaboratively with the client as part of a unified team. This role ensures alignment of program objectives with client priorities, driving performance, governance, and innovation to achieve exceptional outcomes on complex, high-profile projects.
Leadership
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight across all program components, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, reporting structures, and decision-making processes within the integrated team environment.
Client
- Act as a trusted advisor and extension of the client’s leadership team, fostering a collaborative, transparent, and high-performance culture.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community representatives, ensuring proactive engagement and issue resolution.
Technical/Professional Expertise
- Plan and manage full project lifecycle—including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and close-out.
- Oversee planning, design, procurement, and delivery phases, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple workstreams and disciplines.
- Drive program performance against schedule, cost, quality, and risk targets, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Financial/Project Management
- Own project financial performance—forecasting, billing, variations, and margin delivery.
