Specialized in Post-Contract Cost Consultancy services, ideal candidate will have experience in mid/large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality projects.
Experience in working within a team of professionals delivering post-contract cost management and consultancy.
Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors in measurement, assessment and agreement of variations, payment certificates, final account, cost reporting.
Adheres to quality control requirements and ensures all procedures are complied with.
Assist in benchmarking, data collection, internal reporting.
Ability to assist in the production and delivery of a variety of deliverables across all Funder Advisory services.
Other skills expected;
Traditional precontract experience in measurement, BOQ production, and pricing.
Standard estimation codes (NRM, POMI etc.) experience
Experience in tender analysis and input for tender reports
