Specialized in Post-Contract Cost Consultancy services, ideal candidate will have experience in mid/large-scale luxury residential, commercial, hospitality projects.
Able to support the client across the portfolio of projects
Experience in managing a team of professionals delivering post-contract cost management and consultancy, including payment certifications, management and assessment of variations, claim avoidance, budget tracking, cost reporting, risk management, negotiations and final account.
Manages projects and resources according to the requirements of the project and acts as primary point of contact for clients on small & medium size projects.
Accountable for a variety of deliverables throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects, generally within an end market sector.
Accountable for briefing the team on project scopes to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood.
Manages the resources across a large or several smaller projects, all within the established budgets.
Accountable for the production and delivery of a variety of deliverables across all Funder Advisory services.
Manages quality control and ensures all procedures are complied with.
Assist in benchmarking, data collection, internal reporting.
Supervises and mentors more junior members of staff to enable their development, assisting with the graduate development programme where appropriate.
Monitors and manages the performance of direct reports.

Management of the tender process, tender queries and preparation of tender reports
