How you’ll make a difference
- Lead end-to-end proposal development to ensure submissions are compliant, client-focused and aligned to win strategies.
- Partner with Capture Managers and technical experts to shape value propositions and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage bid schedules, reviews and deadlines to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement across pursuit processes.
