Deliver discipline involvement in projects and ensure effective delivery input of others.
Work on detailed and routine engineering assignments involving calculations, drawings, reports and technical specifications.
Undertake design development, design review, supervision, coordination and design documentation for data centre projects.
Guide junior engineers and independently perform all tasks necessary to complete design works.
Ensure Design Brief compliance, completeness and accuracy throughout all project phases.
Manage design coordination within Architecture and across all Cross-Discipline teams.
Plan, design and review the construction of physical structures with particular focus on data centre infrastructure requirements.
Develop and review data centre-specific designs including cooling systems, power distribution, cable management and infrastructure layouts in compliance with industry standards.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progress against approved designs.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders and external consultants to understand project requirements and communicate design solutions effectively.
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, specifications and construction drawings for data centre facilities.
Identify and assess design risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and operational efficiency.
