As a Civil Engineer you will be part of a large established, experienced national civil engineering team, with a base in AECOM’s multidisciplinary London - Aldgate office.
You will have the opportunity to progress your career through working on a diverse range of significant development infrastructure projects (across all stages of development), for a range of Clients.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- You will have the opportunity to progress your career through working on a diverse range of significant development infrastructure projects (across all stages of development), for a range of Clients.
- You will also have the opportunity to be part of a proactive learning environment within a wider national community of infrastructure engineers. Performs specific and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.
- Gather and correlate basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.
- Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.
- Proposes an approach to solve new problems encountered.
- Identify discrepancies in results.
- Provides guidance to entry-level engineers.
- Perform work in accordance with the agreed-upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision.
- You will be expected to want to work towards a professional qualification with a relevant institution (IEng / CEng with the Institution of Civil Engineers for example)
