Job Brief
This role is primarily responsible for managing a wide range of data to develop and provide moderately complex reports and analytics to support driving strategic and operational objectives and improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain multiple reporting requirements of key stakeholders to track established metrics, service level agreements, and key performance indicators.
- Understand internal clients’ unique reporting needs and objectives and recommend appropriate reporting and analytical solutions.
- Develop new data collection and analysis processes to further advance the reporting function.
- Conduct data analytics such as exploratory analysis, exploration of data relationships, and statistical analyses to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and provide recommendations to support business improvement strategy projects.
- Organize data in compliance with established reporting requirements and integrate data from different sources and derive insights that can lead to further data mining and research design.
- Provide actionable information to enable business insights and decisions.
- Perform quality assurance on reports, analyze root cause, and recommend corrective actions to prevent occurrence of similar issues and concerns.
- Review, analyze, and document current operational processes to establish support for current and future reporting and analytics requirements.
- Apply technical knowledge in data analytics and may be assigned as subject matter expert to perform other related projects assigned.
- Develop reporting instructions and provide guidance and technical expertise to junior team members.
- Develop and prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for periodic and ad hoc requirements.
