We are seeking a Site Supervision Electrical Engineer to oversee and monitor all on-site electrical works for a large mixed use / residential development project. The role will ensure that power, lighting, ELV, and associated electrical systems are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, local authority regulations, and project timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspect electrical installations including power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and ELV systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fire alarm).
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Monitor contractor progress, workmanship, and quality compliance.
- Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and architectural teams to resolve site interface issues.
- Witness testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Attend progress meetings and prepare inspection and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and local authority regulations.
