Plans, designs, executes/supervises and administers projects, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, authority requirements, zoning and applicable codes and design and construction specifications.
Reviews engineering details as and when required for the execution of works.
Ensure that the contractor delivers the design engineer's design intent and is responsible for dealing with any on-site design problems.
Addresses modifications desired by the Client in coordination with the Design Engineer.
Assists the Project Lead in reviewing and selecting materials and equipment that are in compliance with approved material submittals.
Support the project lead in Issuing engineering correspondences.
Highlight any violations of construction/engineering-related issues on-site through the issuance of NCRS.
Attend progress review and coordination meetings to assist the Project Lead in resolving site issues, such as discrepancies in drawings.
Participate in the coordination and monitoring of snagging and project handover.
Support RE to ensure projects run smoothly by providing expert knowledge and advice.
Liaise with the design engineer on required modifications.
Gives daily site reports and highlights issues on-site to the Project Lead.
Expedite client approvals if delaying the project.
