AECOM Tishman has an exciting opportunity in our New York Headquarters for a Construction Project Controls/Cost Manager to work on our exciting technology construction projects:
Duties:
- Manages project controls as well as defined cost/financial elements for large projects
- Orchestrates coordination efforts across multiple projects ensuring strict alignment with overall program objectives.
- Conducts thorough monitoring and evaluation of risk mitigation strategies to ensure their efficacy and implement necessary adjustments.
- Collaborates strategically with project managers to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization.
- Delivers regular updates to senior leadership on program progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Tracking of Project Financials, including Base Contract Values, Prime Contractor Change Orders, Subcontractor Change Orders, Allowances, Pending Items, Time & Material Tickets, tracking master project cash flow projects, etc.
