- Conduct rigorous analysis of market trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to identify and capitalise on strategic growth opportunities
- Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing commercial teams, establishing a culture of excellence and accountability across the function
- Negotiate and close complex, high-value commercial agreements with strategic clients and partners, leveraging extensive deal-making expertise
- Assume full P&L accountability, including strategic budget planning, advanced forecasting, and comprehensive financial performance management
