As we look to grow our Buildings Services Team, we are currently looking for a Senior Hydraulic Engineer to join the team, based in Brisbane. You will work on multi-disciplinary projects on a range of market sectors including; aviation, defence, education, sports infrastructure and transport precincts.
How you’ll make a difference
- Lead the delivery of technically complex hydraulic designs across major building projects, ensuring compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, and local authority requirements.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineers, technicians, and designers to solve technical challenges and ensure integrated, high-quality project outcomes.
- Partner with project managers and team leaders to align on priorities, resourcing, and program delivery, contributing to project success and team performance.
- Engage directly with external clients to define project scopes, manage expectations, and deliver practical engineering solutions.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and designers through technical guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing to build team capability and excellence.
