- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance organization-wide safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, and programs that align with UAE regulations and international standards
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses across all operational areas, identifying potential threats to personnel, equipment, and the environment with meticulous attention to detail
- Design and oversee robust risk mitigation strategies that effectively minimize accidents, health incidents, and environmental impacts while maintaining operational efficiency
- Lead incident investigation processes, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence and drive continuous improvement
- Establish and maintain strong coordination with relevant regulatory authorities, government agencies, and emergency services to ensure seamless compliance and rapid response capabilities
