What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the design and delivery of hospitality projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.
- Oversee the entire design and assurance process, from concept through construction, testing, and commissioning, while exploring innovative delivery methods.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide strategic leadership to project teams, motivating and mentoring staff to achieve excellence in design and execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subconsultants, and vendors to deliver integrated and cohesive project solutions.
- Maintain financial oversight, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and aligned with scope and schedule requirements.
- Promote sustainable design practices and ensure compliance with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) and sustainability procedures.
- Manage contract negotiations, scope changes, and claims, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Represent AECOM in client presentations, industry events, and business development activities.
