Security Analyst

Who You’ll Work With

In this role, You will work closely with Tier 2 and Tier 3 Security Analysts for guidance, escalation, and case review, particularly for high- and critical-severity incidents and tuning adjustments. I will collaborate daily with fellow Tier 1 analysts to ensure seamless 24/7 security coverage and consistent case handling, while maintaining open communication with the broader MNDR security operations team. Through this teamwork, I will contribute to shared investigations, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement of security operations processes across Arista’s managed detection and response environment.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking skilled and motivated Contract Security Analysts to join the Arista Managed Network Detections and Response (MNDR) team. The successful candidate(s) will play a critical role in our 24/7 security operations, leveraging a suite of security tools including our core NDR platform, CrowdStrike (for EDR), and CrowdStrike SIEM to protect Arista's environment. We are hiring for a Tier 1 (T1) / entry level analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and document security cases within the Hive and Fresh Service ticketing system.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of security operations processes and technical skills.
• Maintain open communication and collaboration with other security team members.
