You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
- High school diploma required.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in front desk and administrative roles.
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
- Customer service–oriented mindset.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities
- Receive and manage incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately or taking accurate messages.
- Welcome visitors and notify the corresponding personnel of their arrival.
- Assist in preparing meeting rooms for visitors, meetings, and special events.
- Coordinate office cleaning activities and schedules.
- Respond to general inquiries and address complaints in a professional manner.
- Receive, sort, and distribute letters, packages, and deliveries.
- Prepare outgoing mail, including drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
- Monitor and manage incoming emails, forwarding them as needed.
- Track office supplies and place orders when inventory is low.
- Maintain up-to-date records, files, and administrative documentation.
- Monitor office expenses and maintain cost records.
- Assist with travel arrangements, schedules, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Support procurement activities for internal events and celebrations.
- Manage petty cash and prepare weekly expense reports for the treasury team.
