You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Service Design, or a related field (nice to have).
- 2–3 years of professional experience in visual or graphic design.
- Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals, typography, composition, and visual best practices.
- Knowledge of UI design principles (nice to have).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong visual execution skills with attention to detail and consistency across deliverables.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple design tasks and priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to present ideas and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to work directly with US-based clients.
You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers, product teams, and stakeholders to support the creation and execution of visual design assets.
- Design and maintain high-quality visual materials for web, mobile, and internal communications.
- Develop presentation decks, visual concepts, mood boards, comps, and other supporting design materials.
- Ensure presentations and design assets are visually consistent, functional, and reusable over time.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design guidelines, visual standards, and best practices.
- Support visual storytelling by contributing layout, imagery, and content to presentations and other materials.
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and techniques, and apply them when appropriate.
