Per Diem Job Coach (Sub) - Bronx

We are looking for a compassionate and flexible Per diem Job Coach (Sub) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Bronx. This role offers a personalized schedule, based on your availability and the needs of the individuals we serve.

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Schedule: 10 hours per week with hours that may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of around 6 clients, primarily in the field (majority of time spent at job sites).
• Teach, assist, and support new workers in their jobs using techniques such as demonstration of tasks, modeling, counseling, observation, and discussion.
• Provide training and support to workers with disabilities, ensuring their success in their roles.
• Travel to route new workers from home to job sites.
• Write detailed service notes after each session to monitor client progress and outcomes.
