· Experience providing support for SharePoint site

· Experience configuring, editing and managing website collections, site templates, site security, site features, lists, libraries, and site data

· Experience using page layout, colors, graphics, and other tools to support and enhance customer goals for their sites

· Experience writing technical documentation

· Excellent communication skills- written & verbal
