Lead QA Tester (MPSC/Crossroads)

MUST HAVE:

· Experience working on WIC (Women, Infants and Children) applications and systems including:

o At least one project with either MPSC (Mountain Plains State Consortium) or Crossroads (North Carolina’s WIC program)

· 7+ years experience as a software tester including:

o All phases of a full life-cycle engagement

o Multiple methodologies of testing for web based applications such as functional, regression, load, and performance testing

o Creating & executing test plans

o Test case creation, execution, and documentation

· Experience leading/running testing team

· MS Test Manager

· TFS (Team Foundation Server)

· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

· Strong communication & collaboration skills

NICE TO HAVE:

· Experience working in an Agile environment
