Description :

lDesigns and codes from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements moderately complex software applications

lUnder general direction, devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results

lCompetent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities

lPerforms expert-level engineering tasks associated with the analysis, design, and development of computer hardware, firmware, embedded systems, and/or operating systems

lInterface with different departments within the organization regarding new deployments

lResearch/analyze data processing functions, methods and procedures

lMonitor program execution for expected performance

lModifies, installs, and prepares technical documentation for system software applications

lMonitors systems capacity and performance, plans and executes disaster recovery procedures, and provides Tier 2 technical support.

lMay customize purchased applications, and assists in maintaining program libraries and technical manuals

lProvides high level written communications such as white papers, decision documents, or research papers

lIdentify, escalate and document production impact issues for the environment to confirmed delivery for client and business notification

lB.S. Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering

lStrong analytical & troubleshooting skills

Required:

l3+ years as C Developer for production systems

lcheck (unit testing lib)

ldynamic loading (dlfcn)

lOracle OCI

lWorking experience with GIT/Jira/Bitbucket/Jenkins/Nexus tools

lExperience with Test-Driven Development

lXML Processing--validating, parsing, constructing XML documents

lConstruct and maintain build-scripts using Ant/Maven

lSQL using multiple database management systems including Oracle, MySQL or PostgreSQL or an Object-Oriented Database
