Contract to hire Position for .NET Developer only on W2

.Net Developer

Location: San Francisco, CA
Interview: Phone then panel (can be skype); candidate does NOT have to be local
Work authorization must be green card or US Citizen

Note: Hiring manager will not interview people with a lot of short term assignments, he likes longevity.

Skills needed:
Non-Technical
1) Team player.
2) Proactive.
3) Technology agnostic, focuses more on solving business problems.
4) Has at least bachelors in computer science or relevant experience.

Technical
1) Minimum 5+ years professional experience.
2) Enterprise application ASP.Net MVC experience.
3) Strong SOA experience using WCF technology.
4) Strong JavaScript experience.
