We are looking to fill a position for Citrix admin in Sacramento CA.
- As a key member of an IT Project, configures, implements, installs, tests, automates, upgrades, maintains and repairs software applications; identifies and resolves problems with software using established processes, procedures and methods; coordinates with vendors to resolve complex desktop hardware/software issues; recommends compatible desktop hardware/software products; prepares desktop hardware/software system specifications; and provides technical expertise for desktop hardware/software problem resolution.
- Provides prompt technical solutions and support on desktop computer hardware and software issues; provides technical consultation to business units to minimize downtime; utilizes diagnostic tools; coordinates desktop problem resolution activities between users, technical support staff and/or vendors; and documents problems and fixes.
- Conducts on-the-job training for Technology Operations support staff and users as required.
- Assists in Project planning, reviewing and conducting work activities for project and day to day activities
- Performs related duties as required during Project implementation.
