Bachelorâs degree, with focus on in business or related field preferred, with 3+ yearsâ experience in business-to-business Accounts Receivable management, dispute resolution, and/or customer service.
Alternatively, candidates without a degree who have 5+ years of experience in business-to-business Accounts Receivable management, dispute resolution, and/or customer service
Experience in shared services environments with exposure to BPOs preferred
Strong knowledge of SAP and good skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Â
