Background
ā¢ Should have around 12-15 yrs of experience in IT industry of which 5+ years should be as a DM in Product Engg. Services
ā¢ Experience in managing large projects (50+ member teams)
ā¢ Prior experience in hands on Tech/Dev roles
ā¢ CSM/PMP/Prince2 certified
Responsibilities
ā¢ Primarily responsible for onsite project and activity oversight and a point of local contact (across multiple customers and projects)
ā¢ Familiarity with technologies involved ā ( Cloud Engg., DevOps, Dev&Test) essential
ā¢ Responsible for coordinating onsite resourcing and fulfilment with the recruitment team
ā¢ Responsible for onsite Project profitability(GOM)
ā¢ Close coordination with offshore delivery teams for project and delivery coordination
ā¢ Focus on margin improvement, strategy formulation, planning and sales support as needed
ā¢ Should work with the Sales team on proposals, SOWs and contracts closures
ā¢ Institute governance processes, knowledge mgmt. and relevant quality improvement initiatives
ā¢ Capture the knowledge resident in existing projects into reference-able artefacts as required
