1.职责目的Position Objectives:
开发和维护半导体设备市场客户资源,管理和协调代理商和经销商的业务活动,确保销售目标和利润指标的实现
Develop Semi OEM customer/user resources, manage and coordinate direct & distributors business
activities, Ensure sales projection and profit targets achievement.
2、主要职责Key Responsibilities:
To accomplish annual/quarter sales, margin(within cost control) and collection targets, try the best to excess.
Visit the customers in responsible area and build close business relationship with them. Record customer information in company database timely and accurately.
Understand customer need and trend, provide prompt and high quality support and help.
Implement company and department’s policies seriously, include the policy regarding sales price and discount.
Actively push sales plan of the department and closely follow the promotion of new products, new application and new customers.
Strong team building spirit.
3、工作标准/绩效目标Performance Standard/Goals:
Achieve annual sales target of the department.
Achieve the collection target required by company.
Achieve the development target of new customers.
4、任职资格Position Qualification Requirement:
大学本科学历,电子, 化学, 机械工程专业背景优先
University, major in Microelectronics, Chemistry, mechanical engineering or relatives priority.
5年以上半导体制造经验、半导体设备经验或是半导体相关供应商销售经验
Above 5 years of Semi manufacture experience or sales experience of semiconductor related.
较好的英文交流能力
Good English communication skills.
