The Senior Cost Manager prepares and completes deliverables for assigned projects of all sizes and complexity during the various stages of design through construction, either directly or through management of team members. This position is responsible for overseeing the preparation of deliverables, providing mentoring to other team members. The role requires strong organizational skills and ability to work independently managing small teams. the Senior Cost Manager I will participate in local industry events and build a network of key AEC professionals in the market. The Senior Cost Manager can provide services independently throughout the project life cycle.

Education: BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Experience: 4 to 5 years in Cost & Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying with professional accreditation
Preferred Certification: Professional accreditation – MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent

The salary range for this full-time role is $93,000.00-$124,000.02 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package.
