Adobe Commerce Project Manager - Bilingual

We are looking for a talented and passionate Adobe Commerce Sr Project Manager to join our Commerce team in United States. This is a unique opportunity to work with several large clients and provide management expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams. The successful candidate will be a hands-on ecommerce professional with a wealth of technical experience in ecommerce and web development.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage multiplenew & existingAdobe Commerce (Magento) projects frominceptionto completionincludingmigrations, 3rd party integrations, custom development, and maintenance of existing clientwebsites.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and withinbudget.

• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Conduct daily/weekly standup, planning, and status meetings with clients and project teams.

• Effectively balance the needs of the client and internal teams.

• Client Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building andmaintainingstrong relationshipsand ensuring client confidence.

• Understand client needs and translate them into actionabledevelopment requirements&projectplans.

• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations as needed.

• Team Coordination:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, analysts, and QAalllocatedonshore,nearshoreand offshore.

• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and alignment.

• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance to ensure project success.

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

• Technical Expertise:

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Adobe Commerce (Magento) tohelpguide technical decisions and solutionswith clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in ecommerce and web development.

• Strategic Planning:

• Contribute to the development of ecommerce strategies and roadmaps for clients.

• Identifyopportunities for process improvements and innovation.

• Supportin preparing project proposals with the ability to plan and prioritize work items, create cost estimates, and create a project schedule

• Align project goals with overall businessobjectives.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ecommercedevelopment, operations, migrations, integrations, development, and maintenance.

• Proven experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) and other ecommerce platforms.

• Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

• Excellent communication(written & verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Expertisein Agile and Onsite/Offshore Delivery model.

• 5+ years ofexperience usingJira,Confluence,Smartsheets,Asana,Microsoft 365 are preferred.

• Mustbe able to present to senior management and key stakeholders.

• Scrum Master and PMP certificationa must.

• Experience managing projectbudgetsand resource management.

• Experience working with large, enterprise-level clients.

• Strong problem-solving,organizationaland analyticalskills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A proactive and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English.
