As an Inside Sales Representative on our team, you will:Â
- Execute and achieve sales quota and targets.Â
- Identify and qualify prospects and deciders in the targeted companiesâŻÂ
- Pass the leads on to the country or reseller and follow-up the sales cycleÂ
- Focus on driving profitability through proactive managementÂ
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipelineÂ
- Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessaryÂ
Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls regarding, customer inquiries and requestÂ
