What you will do in this role 

As a Customer Support, you will:

• Give customer support by handling customers’ issues and inquiries 
• Use different platforms and tools
• Investigate and collect information to provide to customer
• Provide detailed and organized customer support and seek for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience

Your qualifications

• Have an advanced level of German (written and oral) (C1) and good level of English
• Have prior knowledge in online payment methods and transactions
• Have proven computer skills and diligent worker
• Have high attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Have the ability to communicate, both written and verbally effectively
• Being skilled in multi-tasking is essential
