What Youâll Do
Youâll be the first point of contact for members, delivering accurate and professional support across a range of superannuation enquiries. This includes:
Assisting with online access, contributions and account updates
Supporting pension enquiries, withdrawals and investment options
Navigating multiple internal systems to resolve enquiries efficiently
Ensuring privacy, compliance and security standards are met
Providing clear, accurate and compliant information
This is a high-volume inbound environment where attention to detail, empathy and efficiency are key.
