What you will do in this role 

As a Customer Service Representative in our team, you will: 

- Handle calls through CRM agent portal
- Create quotations and orders via SAP system
-Expediteand communicate expected delivery times to customers
- Offer basic product advice to individual customer needs (at least catalogue knowledge)
- Provide first level technicalassistanceto help customersidentifytheir requirements for products and services

- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Polish and advanced English
- Are minimum a high school graduate
- Have an interest in the technical field and a willingness to stay in the project for at least 2 years is of great importance

- Salary: 19.623 eurosgross/year up to 4.000 euros gross/year bonus
