As a BDR, you will learn how toqualify inbound leads,prospect for new clients, and introduce Momentive Softwareâs solutions to nonprofit and association organizations.Youâllconnect with potential customers, understand their needs, and schedule highâquality meetings for our sales team.

A Day in the Life
Qualify inbound leadsby responding quickly, asking thoughtful questions, anddeterminingfit
Prospect for new clientsthrough outreach such as cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking
Conduct research using tools like ZoomInfo toidentifykey contacts and understand target organizations
Engage potential customers in friendly, consultative conversations toidentifychallenges and match them to Momentive Software solutions
Schedule discovery calls or demos for the sales team
Collaborate with your manager and teammates to learn best practices for outreach, messaging, and pipeline building
Keepaccuratenotes and activity details inSalesforce
Build confidence in understanding nonprofit and association industry needs and how our products support them
What You Bring
Qualifications
Bachelorâs degreein Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferredOR 1â3 years of relevant work experience(internships, partâtime jobs, campus leadership, customer service, volunteer roles, etc.)
StrongproficiencyinMicrosoft Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Clear, professional communication skills â written and verbal
Interest in learning sales and building a longâterm career in a customerâfacing role
