About Job

Required:

• You have a linguistic background, knowledge in Translation, Philology, Linguistics or similar • You have experience managing projects or as a translator/reviewer

• You have technical curiosity and you have worked in different technical environments

• You are an advanced user of Excel

• You can detect and solve any potential issues of diverse natures

• You are an advanced user of text editors (Word, LibreOffice, etc.)

• You are an organized and efficient person, able to follow a tight schedule

• You have experience in office environments

• You have high attention to detail and sensibility towards quality work

Responsibilities:

• Support to Project Managers and Delivery Team in general in the management and development of AI Data Services projects, driving timely communication with vendors, collaborators and other team members.

• Ensure that project specifications and procedures are properly followed on all projects involved.

• Ensure the quality of Centific’s service and deliverables are in accordance with client requirements and supports QA team when needed.

• Contribute to build and support a global team for successful delivery of AI Data Services.

• Provide support to the global team and ensure full adherence to Company procedures, account-established processes and business goals.

• Help the team to detect any gaps or areas of improvement in existing procedures and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize the existing ones as needed. • Work with the team to bring process efficiencies and ensure continuous improvement.
