Education: MBA or Equivalent
â˘ââDesign and implement overall recruiting strategy.
â˘ââDevelop and update job descriptions and job specifications
â˘ââPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
â˘ââPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate Career portals/Referrals/colleges etc
â˘ââSource and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
â˘ââScreen candidates resumes and job applications
â˘ââConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Requirements
â˘ââProven work experience as a RecruiterÂ
â˘ââSolid ability to conduct different types of interviewsÂ
â˘ââFamiliarity with Workday software will be preferred
â˘ââRecruitment experience from Semiconductor/EDA industry will be highly preferred
â˘ââExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
