Join an innovative CBHC model designed to expand same-day access to mental health and substance use care for youth, adults, and families in Lawrence, Methuen, Andover, and North Andover. Our continuum includes ambulatory medication management; individual, family, and group therapy; Mobile Crisis Services; and Community Crisis Stabilization (short-term stabilization unit).

What Youâll Do (Full-Time PMHNP):
- Provide urgent and scheduled access to mental-health and substance-use services.
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and implement biopsychosocial treatment plans, including medication management.
- Deliver team-based, continuum-of-care coordination across ambulatory, crisis, and stabilization programs.
- Offer screening and access to MOUDÂ (medications for opioid use disorder).
Schedule:
- CBHC hours:MonâFri 8aâ8p; SatâSun 9aâ5p
- Must be available to coveruntil 8p two days per week
- May providedaytime and some weekend coverage for Community Crisis Stabilization
Qualifications:
- CurrentMA Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)Â license
- CurrentDEAÂ andMA Controlled Substanceregistrations
- ActivePMHNP board certification
- At least 3 years of PMHNP experience is strongly preferred but new grads with stellar academic and work records will be considered
- Spanish proficiencystrongly preferred

Pay Range:
$149,968.00 USD - $190,652.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.Â
