Job Description:
OVERVIEW
This role will be a mix of executing operational activities such as creating quotes and order entry along with working to strategically grow the aftermarket business through leading and developing the customer service team, making periodic visits to customer sites to understand needs and promote services & offerings, closely collaborating with internal teams within sales, engineering, product management, service, and ops to execute and align with customerâs needs. Additionally this role will lead a team of 2 Aftermarket Representatives selling company products, engineered upgrades, and parts packages to new and existing customers.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is an office position associated with a manufacturing facility, with travel to customer plants. The employee must be able to correctly wear and use any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by the employer when in manufacturing areas.
