TheAutomotive Networking Business Unitat Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI),is currently seeking an experiencedAnalogue/Mixed-Signal Design Engineerto work on integrated circuit design in the application space of wired automotive connectivityusing Ethernet or other similar technologies.The role requires a skilled engineer capable ofidentifying,architectingand designing analogue and mixed-signal blocks to meet the application needs.The candidate will work ona broad variety of integratedcircuitfunctions, includingdataconverters,linedrivers, clock synthesis, references, powerdistributionand input/output.The candidate will also play a leading role in defining product, system and block requirementsand architectures, and contribute creative ideas to advance the company’s product offering.

EssentialDuties andResponsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements,architectureand specifications
Define and architect high-performance analogue and mixed-signal blocks and systems for integrated circuits
Design and simulate circuits fortapeoutreadiness, while directing the IC layout foroptimumperformancemeeting all requirements
Work closely withmeasurement teams to direct and review the characterisation, productiontestand qualification of thedesign
Work with the IC development team and stakeholders for future products andsystem
Contribute to feature,performanceand cost trade-offs in IC development
Support customers to understand,evaluateand use our IC products
Minimum Qualifications
BS or MSdegreeinelectronic engineeringorequivalent
7+ years’ experience in analogue or mixed-signal design
A broad understanding of a typical integrated circuit development flow, from requirements through to product release to volume production
Design experience with circuits such as amplifiers, converters, references
Strongknowledge of analogue transistor design and trade-offs
Expertisein the use andinterpretation of various analyses in analogue simulators
Experience in supporting the measurement and debug ofintegrated circuits in a bench or test environment
Knowledge of design for electromagnetic compatibility is an advantage
