About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically exceptionalĀ Director of Digital Systems and DSP Chip ArchitectureĀ to lead a high-performing team of engineers focused on the architecture and development of cutting-edge mixed-signal and software-defined radio (SDR) integrated circuits. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with a deep background in digital signal processing and digital design, and a passion for mentoring and growing engineering talent.The Chip Architect role works with customers to understand applications, documents product requirements, developments and assesses chip architecture and supports the wider team in assessing tradeoffs of implementation development.

This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
