Job Description:
We areseekinga highly skilled and experienced Advanced Level Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate willpossessexpert-level diagnostic and repair capabilities, with a focus on complex automotive systems, advanced electronics, and emerging vehicle technologies. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on gasoline, diesel, hybrid, and electric vehicles, including engine, transmission, suspension, braking, and electrical systems.
Utilizestate-of-the-artdiagnostic tools and software toidentifyand resolve complex vehicle issues.
Conduct thorough inspections toidentifypotential problems and recommendappropriate repairsor maintenance.
Repair and replace advanced components such as ECMs, TCMs, ADAS systems, and high-voltage battery systems.
Stay current with automotive technology advancements, including electric vehicle (EV) systems, autonomous driving features, and connectivity solutions.
Collaborate with service advisors to provideaccuraterepair estimates and communicate technical information to customers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and shop safety standards.
Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharingexpertiseand promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Complete repairs efficiently while adhering to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
Document all work performed, including parts used, labor time, and diagnostic findings, in the shop’s management system.
Total Compensation Overview:
A Technicianwill earn a competitive salary of$65,000 - $140,000+annuallywitha potentialweekly productionbonus.

Required Qualifications
Education:
High School diploma, GED,ortechnicalschool graduate/certification
Mustpossessa valid driver’s license
Experience:
5 yearsminimumexperience repairing vehicles at a dealership or automotive center.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of automotive and/or truck systems,tools,andtechnical resources and training to independently perform a variety ofbasic tocomplex repairs and maintenance of automobile and truck vehicles.
Understand and consistentlydemonstratethe proper use of equipment and tools used in such repair and maintenance, as well as the need tomaintaina clean, safe,and organized work area.
Ability to consistently provide exceptional customer service and improve customer service score
Ability to prioritize and deliver work on time.
Have the ability tomentor and trainlower-leveltechnicians to develop these technicians and help them be successful.
Preferred Qualifications
ASE Certifications (A1 – A8) with Master Technician designation or the equivalent combination of technician certifications and ASE certifications.
ASE certification L1-Advanced Engine Performance Specialist is preferred
State inspection certificate,where applicable
AC 609 Certification
Work Environment
May experience loud noises and odors intermittently in the shop environment.
This position involves standing, walking,and normal physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing,lifting,and carrying automotive parts and equipment (averaging up to approximately 80 pounds in weight)
Must haveowntoolsappropriate fortheir skill level for use in the Center.
Must be able to work in the heat, as some locations do not have air conditioning.
Must be able tomaintainworking on your feet in a concrete facility for the entire work shift.
