Develop reusable workflow templates that can be shared across customer teams and back into our product library.
Serve as a bridge between sales, product, and engineering, sharing customer insights that inform roadmap decisions.
2+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical customer-facing role.
Proven success at a high-growth SaaS startup; experience in AI or developer tools is a strong plus.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you can simplify complex concepts for any audience.
Comfortable building in front of customers and running live demos/workshops.
A problem-solver who enjoys collaborating with sales, product, and customers alike.
We prefer candidates in New York City, but we are open to exceptional remote talent.

Have massive ownership in building repeatable playbooks for growth and customer success.
Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and the opportunity to define the future of AI-powered workflows.
