Youâll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.
Our Founding Technical Recruiter will build the team that builds the AI revenue engine. This role combines strategic talent acquisition with hands-on recruiting, finding the exceptional engineers and operators who can solve the hardest problems in applied AI.
What Youâll Do:
Own fullâcycle hiring: Drive sourcing â close for engineers, ML researchers, and GTM technologists; youâre the single threaded owner on every job req.
Build outbound machinery: Design repeatable email, LinkedIn, and community hunts that surface 10Ă builders long before theyâre on the market.
Craft the right filters: Build out roleâspecific rubrics, technical screens, and onsite loops that predict onâtheâjob success.
Sell the mission: Deliver a crisp, credible pitch on Neticâs frontierâAI moat that converts âmaybeâ candidates into sameâday signers.
Instrument & iterate: Track funnel metrics, timeâtoâhire, and close rates; turn data into weekly process tweaks that keep the bar high and the pipeline fast.
What Youâll Bring:
Technical talent pedigree: 3+ years recruiting technical talent in highâgrowth startups or topâtier agencies.
Sourcing excellence: Demonstrated top tier sourcedâ> hire ratio and mastery of advanced search, referral loops, and niche communities.
Process architect chops: Proven ability to spin up scalable interview frameworks and ATS automations without drowning candidates in steps.
Storytelling edge: Track record turning complex tech visions into narratives that close passive candidates against big research labâlevel offers.
Data discipline: Comfort owning funnel dashboards, A/Bâtesting outreach, and using metrics to kill lowâyield tactics fast.
