The Partner Sales Director is a highâimpact leadership role at the centre of Kongâs next phase of partnerâled growth. Youâll shape and scale a worldâclass partner ecosystem across channel, technology, GSI, and cloud alliancesâunlocking new revenue and amplifying Kongâs reach. What Youâll Own:
Drive tight alignment with the Regional VP and Regional Directors to build and execute regionâwide GTM strategies.
Assess market dynamics to ensure optimal partner coverage that accelerates Field Sales success.
Lead crossâfunctional alignment across marketing, support, CX, and more
Continually refine the GTM model to stay ahead of industry shifts and partner opportunities.
What You Bring:
A proven track record of smashing revenue targets
Handsâon experience running GTM motions across all partner types: Channel, Tech Alliances, Cloud, and GSIs
Strong relationships with top national VARs/SIs (WWT, Trace3, Slalom, etc.)
Passion for generating net-new, sourced business through the partner ecosystem
Ability to excel in a highâvelocity, multiâtasking environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
