Why this role rocks
Nexus Marketing is launching a new HubSpot Marketing Automation service line for B2B SaaS and service providers that sell into missionâdriven industries.
We already know thereâs demandânow we need a senior HubSpot pro who can design the offering, build the first campaigns, and prove the model.
Youâll architect the service and then lead it across our agency.
Part-time for the first 3â6 months, and youâll have the opportunity to step into a fullâtime leadership seat to scale the practice.

Dayâtoâday you willâŠ
Plan a campaign strategy that turns underânurtured MQLs into an SQL pipeline.
Build automations, lists, and assets inside HubSpot Marketing Hub (only Hub in scope for now).
Write, design, and ship the collateral aboveâhandsâon, not just directing.
Track qualitative engagement with the new assets and iterate quickly.
Own reporting cadence inside HubSpot (dashboards, list health, attribution)
Report wins & next steps to our Service Development Manager in a weekly 30-minute checkpoint (held between 8 a.m.â12 p.m. ET).

HubSpot Marketing Software Certification.

Comfortable owning projects solo (no designers or writers handed to you at first).
Able to work MonâFri, 8 a.m.â12 p.m. ET from anywhere in the Philippines.

Graduated from a Top 4 University (UP, DSLU, Ateneo, UST) in the Philippines with competitive grades
Niceâtoâhaves
Experience targeting $10â200M B2B SaaS or service providers.
Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Google Slides, Vidyard, or AI copy tools for faster production.
Past success turning partâtime projects into fullâtime ownership roles.
Compensation & path
Partâtime flat rate: USD $500â$800/month for the first 3â6 months (10â15 hrs/week).
Conversion: Fullâtime salary competitive with senior PH talentâexact number based on your impact.
