We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketer who sits at the intersection of demand generation, technical systems, and data analytics. This role is critical to scaling our content-led growth engineâtransforming our massive content inventory into measurable pipeline and revenue. You'll be the technical backbone enabling our content, growth, and customer marketing teams to operate at scale while maintaining data integrity and reporting clarity.
This is not a traditional marketing role. You'll architect workflows, implement AI-driven automation, build scalable demand generation systems, and own the analytics infrastructure that proves content-to-revenue impact. Be the systems architect for our content-to-demand engine
Build and Scale Content Funnels: Partner with content pods to design, implement, and continuously optimize demand generation workflows aligned to our strategic demand pillars
Content-to-Lead Infrastructure: Map our extensive content inventory (YouTube videos, blog articles, customer stories, newsletters) to lead magnets, gated assets, and conversion pointsâensuring we capture maximum value from every piece of content
Cross-Functional Bridge: Serve as the technical liaison between Content/Growth/Customer Marketing teams and Demand Ops and Web teams. Translate business requirements into technical implementations and ensure clean lead capture, attribution, and data flow across systems
Funnel Monitoring & Optimization: Build dashboards and alerting systems to track funnel health, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address conversion issues before they impact pipeline
Success Metrics: Conversion rate improvements across content funnels, lead volume growth from content assets, reduced time-to-market for new demand campaigns
Create the automation layer that multiplies team productivity
Scalable Workflow Development: Design and implement workflows across demand generation, content operations, and customer marketing that eliminate manual work and reduce errors
AirOps Infrastructure Ownership: Manage, optimize, and expand our AirOps implementationâbuilding AI-powered workflows for content personalization, lead scoring, automated email sequences, and data enrichment
AI Integration & Innovation: Identify opportunities to leverage AI across the demand generation stack and implement solutions using ClickUp and other LLM platforms to enhance content creation, lead qualification, and campaign optimization
Documentation & Enablement: Create comprehensive documentation for workflows and train team members on systems and best practices
Success Metrics: Hours saved through automation, workflow adoption rates, AI use case implementations, reduction in manual data entry tasks
Own the measurement framework that proves content ROI
Content-to-Revenue Attribution: Build and maintain comprehensive analytics infrastructure that tracks content consumption through pipeline generation and closed revenue. Connect YouTube views, blog traffic, and engagement metrics to workspace creation, trial starts, and influenced ARR
Demand Gen Reporting: Create executive-ready dashboards that show real-time performance across all demand generation initiatives. Track funnel conversion rates, campaign performance, lead quality metrics, and pipeline velocity
Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data integrity across systemsâimplement validation rules, standardize naming conventions, and build automated checks for common data quality issues
Insights & Recommendations: Don't just report numbersâanalyze trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance
Experimentation Framework: Build infrastructure to support A/B testing and experimentation across demand generation activities, with clear measurement and statistical rigor
Success Metrics: Accuracy of content-to-revenue attribution, dashboard adoption by leadership, data quality scores, insights that drive measurable performance improvements
Technical Foundation:
5-8 years in growth marketing, demand generation marketing or similar technical GTM roles
Strong proficiency with marketing platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Contentful, Amplitude, etc.)
Advanced skills in workflow automation tools (ClickUp, Zapier, Make, AirOps, or similar)
Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hex, Tableau, or similar)
API integration experienceâability to connect disparate systems and build custom solutions
Good to have: SQL knowledge and comfort working directly with databases for custom reporting
AI & Automation:
Demonstrated experience implementing AI solutions in marketing/growth contexts
Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, etc.) and prompt engineering
Understanding of AI use cases in content generation, lead scoring, and personalization
Experience with no-code/low-code platforms for building AI-powered workflows
Marketing & Growth Acumen:
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS demand generation and content marketing
Knowledge of lead scoring, attribution models, and funnel optimization
Experience with content-led growth motions and SEO-driven acquisition
Understanding of PLG (Product-Led Growth) principles and metrics
Data & Analytics:
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling)
Experience building dashboards and data visualizations (Google Analytics, Hex, Tableau, or similar)
Understanding of statistical concepts relevant to marketing experimentation
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies scaling from $20M to $100M+ ARR
Background in engineering, computer science, or data science
