Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Deliver psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions tailored to individual needs
- Work collaboratively with education and care teams to embed trauma-informed and neurodiversity-aware practices
- Provide consultation, reflective practice, and training to staff
- Advocate for the voice and wellbeing of the children and young people you support
- Contribute to service development and evidence-based practice

Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
- Experience working with children and young people with neurodiverse or SEMH needs
- Ability to travel – full UK driving licence required
Desirable:
- Experience in education or care settings
- Skills in consultation and service development
