We are seeking an experienced Band 7 Locum Obstetrics Sonographer to join our team in South Yorkshire. This month-by-month rolling contract offers a competitive pay rate of £49-£54 per hour, with working hours from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The position is available for an immediate start, providing an excellent opportunity for a dedicated sonographer to work in a supportive and dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
As a Band 7 Locum Obstetrics Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of obstetric ultrasound scans, ensuring the production of high-quality images to support accurate diagnoses and pregnancy monitoring. You will ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the procedures, provide detailed reports to referring clinicians, and contribute to the efficient operation of the ultrasound department. You will also adhere to established safety protocols, participate in quality assurance activities, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of service delivery.
